Visionael Professional ServicesProof of Concept: Typically a one- to two-week offering that validates, prior to product purchase, the feasibility and value of the Visionael solution in your unique network environment. System Design and Planning: A consulting engagement that reviews your organizational infrastructure and needs, and then drafts a customized architecture, configuration plan and a pilot test plan for deployment of the Visionael solution. System Design and Planning engagements are usually three to six weeks in length. Data Migration: Identifies existing data sources and develops a solution for migrating you legacy data into Visionael NRM. Data Migration consulting engagements are usually three to four weeks long. Asset Discovery: Utilizes Visionael NRM's network discovery capabilities to locate and document network SNMP manageable equipment, depositing the information into the Visionael database. This service may be implemented as a one-time activity as part of initial implementation or as an ongoing, repeatable process for reconciling database records against active network device information. Asset Discovery is usually a two- to four-week engagement. Pilot: Implements a limited-scope production environment to validate deployment and migration strategies resulting from a System Design engagement, within a limited-scope production environment. The Pilot engagement typically includes formal training to support effective knowledge transfer to internal staff, and is two to six weeks in length. Custom ConsultingNot all customer requirements fit easily within pre-packaged consulting engagements.
