How to Schedule Customer-Site Training Class

  1. Contact your Visionael Account Manager, to request customer site training.
  2. Locate the Customer-Site Training information at www.visionael.com.

  3. Issue a Purchase Order or arrange for a wire transfer of funds.
  4. Confirm the instructor availability dates.
  5. Review the Training Room Requirements document to verify the classroom facilities.

Customer Site Training Terms

Pricing:
Prices are effective February 1, 2007 and shown in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Please contact the Visionael Account Manager for price quotes. All prices are for training in the USA. Pricing outside the US is negotiated on an individual basis. The maximum number of students per class is content dependent, and specified in each individual quote. Visionael Training must approval any additional students, at the cost of $500 per student, per day. Training Manuals are charged for all customer site classes t zero discount, the number of manuals varies per training subjects requested. All quotes assume continual training days. Note: The prices listed are already discounted as 12 students times $400 per day for 5 days = $24,000.

Expenses:
Customer on-site training price does not include trainer expenses. Reasonable and actual expenses are billed to the customer after the training, unless otherwise stated in a customer Purchase Order. Prices include one trainer. When a customer's training request requires an additional trainer, the customer is responsible for all additional trainer expenses.

Facilities:
Customers are responsible for all training room setup, servers, software, clients, and course materials. When a Visionael trainer must complete the setup or if set-up is part of the training request for a scheduled class, consulting fees of $225.00 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours, are added to the cost of training. Customers must furnish the facility and all hardware for the number of students enrolled, including a client box for the instructor and an attached projector. Visionael does not provide hardware or third party software.

General Terms and Conditions

Payment Method:
For Customer-Site training, Visionael Corporation requires a purchase order (PO) or wire transfer of funds before materials are shipped to the customer for training classes. The payment method is to be received fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled training class. A PO must include the training costs, setup provision, and instructor travel and expenses. Travel Expenses will be billed at actual and reasonable unless otherwise agreed by both parties on a PO.

Cancellation:
When planned Customer-site training must be cancelled for any reason, Visionael requires at least seven days written notice. Failure to cancel within these seven days is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If the course is rescheduled within four weeks of the original date, and is held, cancellation fees will be reduced to a 10% cancellation fee. All trainer cancellation expenses will also be billed - example: a non-refundable plan ticket. An additional PO or check for cancellation fees must be received before the rescheduled class will be taught.
